FSB-Skalierung auf dem Athlon XP

Vergleich auf Basis Thoroughbred 2.0 GHz FSB266

Im nachfolgenden Benchmarks wurde versucht herauszufinden, welche Multiplikatoren und CPU-Takt man wählen muß, um zum einen mit FSB333 und zum anderen mit FSB400 einem Athlon XP Thoroughbred mit FSB266 und 2.0 GHz Takt (133 x 15 = 2000 MHz) in der Leistung gleichzukommen.

Wenn man mit dem Thoroughbred mit einem FSB266 auf die selbe Performance wie mit einem FSB333 kommen möchte, muß man die CPU durchschnittlich 15% höher takten. Wenn man mit dem Thoroughbred mit einem FSB266 auf die selbe Performance wie mit einem FSB400 kommen möchte, muß man die CPU durchschnittlich 22% höher takten.
