FSB-Skalierung auf dem Athlon XP

Vergleich auf Basis Barton 2.0 GHz FSB333

Im nachfolgenden Benchmarks wurde versucht herauszufinden, welche Multiplikatoren und CPU-Takt man wählen muß, um mit FSB400 einem Athlon XP Barton mit FSB333 und 2.0 GHz Takt (166 x 12 = 2000 MHz) in der Leistung gleichzukommen.

Wenn man mit dem Barton mit einem FSB333 auf die selbe Performance wie mit einem FSB400 kommen möchte, muß man die CPU durchschnittlich 7% höher takten. Also skaliert der Barton fast exakt genauso wie der Thoroughbred mit einem höheren FSB.
